History

April 19, 2005 Joint Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (now Sekisui House Asset Management, Ltd.) filed for the establishment of the Investment Corporation under Article 69 of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Investment Trusts Act).
April 20, 2005 Registration and Establishment under Article 166 of the Investment Trusts Act.
April 22, 2005 Application for registration under Article 188 of the Investment Trusts Act was submitted.
May 19, 2005 Implementation of registration by the Prime Minister under Article 187 of the Investment Trusts Act (Registration No.33 issued by the Director of Kanto Local Finance Bureau).
July 28, 2005 Listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (security code: 8973).
August 25, 2008 Based on Article 13, Item 1, of Laws Related to Transfer of Bonds, etc. (Note), Joint Reit Investment Corporation agreed that investment units could be handled by the Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.
June 30, 2010 The Investment Corporation's trade name was changed from Joint Reit Investment Corporation to Sekisui House SI Investment Corporation.
June 11, 2014 The Investment Corporation's trade name was changed from Sekisui House SI Investment Corporation to Sekisui House SI Residential Investment Corporation.
June 7, 2017 The Investment Corporation's trade name was changed from Sekisui House SI Residential Investment Corporation to Sekisui House Residential Investment Corporation.
Note:
As a result of the enactment of the Settlement Rationalization Law, the Law Related to Transfer of Bonds, etc., was revised as the Law Related to Transfer of Bonds, Stocks, etc. (hereinafter the "Bond and Stock Transfer Law") and the law prior to the revisions is referred to hereinafter as the "Bond and Stock Transfer Law."
